Kathy Van Doorn is a Business Processor for Confidence Financial Partners. Her philosophy is God. Family. Work. Kathy strives to always show up, and be present, no matter where she is or who she’s with.
Kathy’s journey has taken her through various hometowns, she was born in Darby PA, and raised in Mission Viejo CA and Wrightwood CA. As an adult her hometowns have been Salida CO, Colorado Springs CO, Brooklyn Park MN. Kathy believes that God has brought her full circle, and she is thrilled to be back in the mountains. Kathy is a proud alumna of St Thomas Aquinas High School, San Bernardino CA.
Becoming a grandma in 2020 fulfilled a long-held desire for Kathy, further emphasizing God's providence in her life. Working alongside Chris and Dustin at Confidence has been a tremendous blessing, allowing her to blend professional skills with a commitment to service and care for our clients.
While much of Kathy's personal journey remains private, she acknowledges that every experience—good, bad, and ugly—has shaped her into the woman she is today. Beyond the office, you'll find her cherishing moments with family, embracing the joys of being a grandma, indulging in her passion for knitting, and exploring the beauty of nature through hiking.
With strengths in responsibility, belief, inclusion, consistency, and harmony, Kathy approaches each day with dedication, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Kathy works along side our advisors to help service prospective and existing clients with opening new accounts, withdrawals, updating pertinent client information and acting as a liaison between our team and the custodians we work with.
